Shipping Policy

Shipments will be made through USPS for orders made in the United States and UPS for orders made outside of the United states. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days with your tracking number. Orders will be fulfilled Monday through Friday during our normal business hours.

If you are placing orders outside of the United States, we are not responsible for any additional fees or package delays.

Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays for both domestic and international packages.

Return policy

If you’re interested in returning your item, please email us at msbea@sensoryst.com within 3 days of receiving your package so we can assist you. Unfortunately we aren’t responsible for items breaking after you receive them so please refer to the activity box instructions to learn how to properly care for and play with your items.
